High quality Auxiliary Water Pump 0005002686 for Mercedes Benz C Class 205384

High quality Auxiliary Water Pump 0005002686 for Mercedes Benz C Class W205

This premium electric auxiliary coolant water pump with OE part number A0005002686 is a core cooling system replacement part for Mercedes-Benz W205 C-Class chassis vehicles. It enjoys stable global wholesale demand and recurring bulk orders among European auto repair shops, Mercedes specialist garages and cross-border auto parts suppliers. We provide one-stop mixed procurement with radiator, thermostat, cooling hoses and complete engine cooling overhaul kits.

Standard Electronic Auxiliary Coolant Pump for Bulk Wholesale

This 12V brushless auxiliary water pump runs independently of the engine main water pump, controlled by vehicle ECU or climate control module to boost coolant circulation. It serves multiple key cooling functions: rapid cabin heating at idle/low RPM, turbocharger residual cooling after engine shutdown, temperature balance for MHEV battery packs and full engine temperature stabilization.

Common failure symptoms of defective auxiliary pumps: weak warm air inside cabin, turbo overheating warning, coolant leakage from pump housing, abnormal buzzing noise, engine overheating in traffic jams and residual heat function failure. Most distributors combine this pump with matching cooling accessories for unified bulk shipments to cut logistics costs and maintain steady profit margins year-round.

100% OEM Exact Fit, Plug-and-Play Installation Without Modification

Manufactured fully compliant with Mercedes-Benz OEM ETKA technical standards. Housing dimensions, pipe connector angles, 3-pin electrical plug position and mounting bracket hole spacing are identical to genuine 0005002686 units.

Cross-reference interchange OE codes: 0392024050, A0005003800

Fitment restriction: Exclusively designed for gasoline & diesel W205 platform vehicles with M270, M274, M264, OM651 engines; incompatible with early belt-driven mechanical auxiliary pumps. Direct plug-and-play replacement, no wiring modification or ECU coding required, greatly cutting cooling system repair working hours.

Installation Position

Auxiliary cooling circuit for heater core, turbocharger and hybrid battery thermal management

Heavy-Duty Optimized Structural Design

  1. Brushless silent motor core: Low vibration, low power consumption, stable long-cycle operation without burnout
  2. Reinforced composite plastic pump housing: Resists coolant corrosion, high temperature aging and pressure cracking
  3. Multi-layer high-temperature fluorine rubber sealing rings: Effectively prevent coolant seepage under long-term thermal cycling
  4. Precision molded coolant inlet & outlet pipe joints: Perfect seal with original cooling hoses, no leakage risk
  5. Integrated waterproof 3-pin electrical connector: Dustproof, waterproof and anti-oxidation for long service life
  6. Complete pre-assembled pump unit, matched with standard mounting hardware for direct replacement

Core Cooling System Functions

  1. Boost coolant flow at low engine speed to deliver fast, consistent warm air for passenger compartment heating
  2. Continue circulating coolant after engine shutoff to dissipate residual turbo heat and avoid turbo damage
  3. Stabilize operating temperature of mild-hybrid battery packs to extend battery service life
  4. Eliminate local engine hotspots to reduce overall overheating risks in stop-and-go traffic
  5. Maintain stable engine operating temperature to optimize fuel economy and reduce carbon deposit buildup
  6. Restore factory residual heat function for winter vehicle use

Common Resolvable Vehicle Faults

  • Slow or insufficient hot air from heater vents during cold starts and idling
  • Persistent buzzing or humming noise from front engine bay when auxiliary pump activates
  • Visible coolant stains and fluid leakage around pump mounting area
  • Turbocharger overheating alert displayed on dashboard after short trips
  • Engine temperature surges under heavy traffic or low-speed driving
  • Vehicle residual heat function completely non-functional after ignition off

Brief Step-by-Step Installation Guide

Required Tools

Vehicle jack & safety stands, coolant drain pan, torque wrench, flat screwdriver, new coolant & sealing grease
  1. Park vehicle on flat ground, fully cool down engine to avoid hot coolant scalding.
  2. Lift front vehicle and drain all engine coolant into a sealed collection pan.
  3. Disconnect negative battery terminal, unplug the 3-pin electrical connector from auxiliary pump.
  4. Clamp cooling hoses on both pump ports, remove hose clamps and separate pipes from pump.
  5. Loosen pump mounting bolts and remove the old faulty auxiliary pump assembly.
  6. Clean mounting bracket surface and hose pipe connections of residual coolant and dirt.
  7. Apply thin layer of rubber sealing grease to new pump pipe joints, align and install the A0005002686 pump.
  8. Tighten all mounting bolts to Mercedes specified torque value, reconnect cooling hoses and secure clamps.
  9. Plug electrical connector back in, reconnect battery negative terminal, refill vehicle with fresh coolant and bleed air from cooling circuit fully.
  10. Start engine, turn on heater to maximum and run idle for 10 minutes to test pump operation, check for coolant leakage and stable cabin heating output.

Strict Factory Quality Testing & Stable Spot Inventory

Every batch of auxiliary water pumps undergoes long-duration flow cycle test, high-low temperature aging test, coolant leakage tightness test and waterproof electrical plug test before export shipment, fully meeting IATF 16949 automotive quality standards and Mercedes OEM production specifications.
