High Quality Water Pump PEB500010 for Land Rover

High Quality Auxiliary Water Pump PEB500010 for Land Rover

This premium electric auxiliary coolant water pump with OE number PEB500010 is a top-selling cooling system replacement component for supercharged gasoline Land Rover models. It maintains steady repeat bulk orders in global luxury off-road aftermarket, widely stocked by professional Land Rover repair garages and cross-border auto parts wholesalers. One-stop mixed purchasing is available with expansion tanks, cooling hoses, thermostats and full engine cooling overhaul kits.

Standard Electric Auxiliary Coolant Pump for Bulk Wholesale

This 12V brushless auxiliary pump operates independently of the main mechanical water pump, controlled by the vehicle ECU. It undertakes three core cooling tasks: rapid cabin heating at idle/low speed, residual heat dissipation for superchargers after engine shutdown, and balanced coolant temperature for high-performance supercharged powertrains.

Common failure defects of aged pumps: continuous buzzing operating noise, coolant leakage from pump housing, blocked internal impeller, burned-out motor coil, dashboard overheating warning, and slow warm air output in cold weather. Most distributors combine this pump with matched cooling accessories for unified bulk shipments, cutting cross-border logistics costs and securing stable annual profit margins.

100% OEM Precise Matching, Plug-and-Play Installation Without Modification

Manufactured strictly following Land Rover OEM technical standards. Overall housing size, dual coolant pipe port diameter, 2-pin electrical plug position and mounting bracket hole spacing are fully consistent with genuine PEB500010.

Cross-reference interchange OE codes: 0392022002

Fitment restriction: Exclusively applicable to Land Rover supercharged gasoline engines (4.2L, 3.0L SC, 5.0L SC); incompatible with diesel and naturally aspirated gasoline models. Direct plug-and-play replacement, no wiring modification or ECU coding required, greatly shortening cooling system maintenance hours.

  3. Range Rover Sport L320 (2006–2013) 4.2 SC / 5.0 SC
  4. Range Rover Sport L494 (2014–2022) 3.0 SC / 5.0 SC
  5. Land Rover Discovery 4 / LR4 (2010–2016) 3.0 SC GDI

Matching Powertrains

4.2L V8 supercharged, 3.0L V6 supercharged GDI, 5.0L V8 supercharged AJ-V8 gasoline engines

Installation Position

Auxiliary cooling circuit for heater core and supercharger residual heat cooling

Optimized Heavy-Duty Structural Design

  1. Low-noise brushless motor core: Stable long-cycle operation, resistant to burnout under frequent start-stop cycles
  2. Reinforced PA66 composite pump housing: Resists high-temperature coolant corrosion, oil splashes and pressure cracking
  3. Integrated multi-layer fluorine rubber sealing rings: Prevent coolant seepage under long-term thermal expansion and contraction
  4. Precision molded straight coolant pipe joints: Perfect sealed connection with original cooling hoses, no leakage risk
  5. Waterproof dustproof 2-pin electrical connector: Anti-oxidation, stable power supply under harsh engine bay environment
  6. Complete pre-assembled pump unit, matched with standard mounting hardware for direct replacement

Core Cooling System Protection Functions

  1. Boost coolant flow at low engine speed to deliver fast, stable hot air for passenger compartment heating
  2. Continuously circulate coolant after engine shutdown to dissipate supercharger residual heat and avoid turbo/sc charger damage
  3. Eliminate local high-temperature hotspots of supercharged engines to reduce overheating risks in stop-and-go traffic
  4. Stabilize cooling circuit pressure during high-load acceleration and idling
  5. Extend service life of heater core, supercharger and main engine cooling components by balancing overall coolant temperature

Common Solvable Vehicle Faults

  • Slow or insufficient warm air blowing from heater vents during cold starts and idling
  • Persistent buzzing/humming noise from engine bay when auxiliary pump activates
  • Visible coolant wet stains and leakage around pump mounting area
  • Supercharger overheating alert displayed on dashboard after short trips
  • Engine temperature surges under heavy traffic or low-speed off-road driving
  • Supercharger premature aging caused by insufficient residual heat dissipation

Brief Step-by-Step Installation Guide

Required Tools

Vehicle jack & safety stands, coolant drain pan, torque wrench, flat screwdriver, fresh matching Land Rover coolant, sealing lubricant
  1. Park vehicle on flat ground, fully cool down engine to avoid scalding from hot coolant.
  2. Lift front vehicle and drain all engine coolant into a sealed collection pan.
  3. Disconnect negative battery terminal, unplug the 2-pin electrical connector from auxiliary pump.
  4. Clamp cooling hoses on both pump ports, remove hose clamps and separate pipelines from pump connectors.
  5. Loosen pump mounting bolts and remove the old faulty PEB500010 auxiliary pump assembly.
  6. Thoroughly clean mounting bracket surface and pipe connection ports of residual coolant and dirt.
  7. Apply thin layer of rubber sealing lubricant to new pump pipe joints, align and install the auxiliary pump.
  8. Tighten all mounting bolts to Land Rover specified torque value, reconnect cooling hoses and lock clamps firmly.
  9. Plug electrical connector back in, reconnect battery negative terminal, refill fresh coolant and fully bleed air from cooling circuit.
  10. Start engine, turn heater to maximum and idle for 10 minutes to test pump operation, check all joints for coolant leakage and stable cabin heating output.

Strict Factory Testing & Stable Spot Supply

Every batch of auxiliary water pumps undergoes long-duration flow cycle test, high-low temperature aging test, coolant leakage tightness test and waterproof electrical plug test before export shipment, fully meeting IATF 16949 automotive quality standards and Land Rover OEM production specifications.

Sufficient spot inventory supports mixed bulk orders with expansion tanks, cooling hoses, thermostats and full supercharged Land Rover cooling system repair kits. Neutral export carton packaging and private label custom labeling services are available for global wholesale buyers, with 2-year quality warranty provided.
