Brief Step-by-Step Installation Guide

Required Tools

1. Park vehicle on flat hard ground, lift whole car and lock firmly with jack stands, remove chassis lower protective belly pan.
2. Place a dedicated transmission support jack under the gearbox to bear the full weight of transmission, do not suspend gearbox by driveshaft.
3. Loosen three fixing bolts connecting transmission mount to gearbox and two bolts linking mount to chassis subframe, remove old damaged mount.
4. Thoroughly clean rust, oil stain and dust on gearbox base and chassis mounting contact surface.
5. Align the locating pin of new 22326775916 transmission mount with chassis reserved hole, attach mount to gearbox first and hand-tighten all bolts loosely.
6. Adjust transmission height via support jack to eliminate mount pre-tension, tighten all fixing bolts to factory specified torque value in diagonal sequence.
7. Remove transmission support jack, reinstall chassis belly pan, lower vehicle fully to ground.
8. Start engine, shift between D and R gear repeatedly to check for abnormal knocking noise.
9. Complete low-speed road test, verify idle vibration and gear shift noise disappear completely.
