This high-quality complete cylinder head assembly with OEM number 03L 103 351 N is specially manufactured for Volkswagen Amarok pickup equipped with EA189 2.0L 16V TDI diesel engines (engine codes CDBA, CDCA, CKTB, CKTC, CKUB, CKUC), also fully interchangeable for VW Crafter 2.0 TDI commercial vehicles from 2009 to 2015.The cylinder head blank adopts high-strength cast aluminum alloy with reinforced cooling water channels, optimized valve seat and combustion chamber structure to bear high temperature and high pressure of turbo diesel operation, solving the original factory’s common defects of water channel cracking and valve seat wear under heavy load. This fully loaded assembly is pre-assembled with intake & exhaust valves, valve springs, valve retainers, camshafts and hydraulic lifters, realizing direct bolt-on installation without extra matching parts. All mounting holes, oil passages and coolant ports are CNC precision machined strictly in accordance with OEM dimensional standards.Every finished cylinder head undergoes air tightness pressure testing, valve sealing inspection and cold-hot cycle aging test before delivery. It effectively fixes severe engine faults such as cylinder head deformation, coolant leakage, white exhaust smoke, power attenuation and abnormal knocking noise caused by aged original cylinder heads. With stable OEM-equivalent quality and sufficient spot stock, it is a core engine overhaul spare widely supplied to European diesel repair shops and VW commercial vehicle aftermarket distributors for Amarok 2.0 diesel engine rebuild projects.
