Shell:
The appearance adopts sandblasting treatment in line with the product development trend, which can make the parts produce compressive stress and improve fatigue strength, stress resistance and corrosion resistance.
The surface is treated with high-frequency quenching, and the thickness of the quenching layer is 0.8-1.5mm; 0.5~1mm higher than the industry. The quenching layer is deep, the operation is easy to control, and it is easy to achieve mechanization and automation.
Impeller:
The impeller adopts PPS+GF material, which has better balance performance, smoother rotation, no deviation, and is not easy to deform or fall off. Ensure that the impeller effectively controls the coolant flow under various working conditions and achieves the highest working efficiency.
Water seal:
The water seal consists of two parts: a dynamic ring and a static ring.
Dynamic ring: A product made of high-quality silicon carbide and graphite materials, with high wear resistance, low noise and good air tightness.
The internal control of the water seal is 100% tested by pneumatic measuring instruments, and the matching dimensions are more accurate, ensuring the matching dimensions of the water pump, bearing, and water seal, effectively preventing water leakage.
Static ring:
The sealing ring is made of hydrogenated nitrile rubber, which can prevent the coolant from being contaminated to the greatest extent;
Bearing:
The ball and roller are made of Cr15 material, with a unique one-ball-one-column design, uniform force area, uniform bearing capacity, and stable bearing rotation.
One ball and one column helps to achieve the best load, and when used with precision mechanical seals, it can maximize durability.
